Love the look of the Dolce Vita Reyes Ballet Flats, but not the price?

Let’s be honest, $120 for a pair of flats is a pretty big splurge, especially if you don’t wear them often. I love the look of ballet flats for spring, but unfortunately, I have wide feet so I don’t tend to reach for them unless it’s absolutely necessary for my outfit, and even then I can’t wait to take them off by the end of the day. With that being said, the Dolce Vita Reyes Ballet Flats are absolutely gorgeous, but honestly not a splurge-worthy shoe for me.

So if you’ve been on the lookout for an affordable dupe, then you’re in luck because I found one that is almost identical and much, much cheaper!

This is the best Dolce Vita Reyes Ballet Flats dupe

Ballet flats are on trend this spring, so naturally I’ve been on the hunt for a cute pair to style with my spring outfits. After finding the Dolce Vita Reyes Ballet Flats I’ve become obsessed — they have this cute, simplistic Parisian vibe that’s perfect to pair with any spring outfit! What I’m not obsessed with though, is the price — $120 is definitely a splurge! So naturally I went on the hunt for an affordable alternative.

After some good old fashioned CIA-level Google searching, I finally found the best Dolce Vita Reyes Ballet Flats dupe that I know you’re going to love as much as I do!

Target Women's Elsa Ballet Flats - Wild Fable™

The Elsa Ballet Flats from Target is the perfect Dolce Vita Reyes Ballet Flats dupe!

The similarities? The black color, the matte material, overall shape, square toe front, and strap are all very similar. If you don’t look up close you might not even see any differences.

However, there are definitely some minor difference between the two flats. The Dolce Vita Reyes Ballet Flats are more narrow, the buckle on the strap features a braided metal detail, and the square toe front is shorter, so the tops of your toes peek out (not sure why but this is one of the things that bothers me about some pairs of flats haha). The Target Elsa Ballet Flats are a tad wider, the square toe front comes up a bit higher to hide the base of your toes more, and the buckle on the strap is a solid metal.

Like I said, the two are almost exactly similar. And if you don’t mind the minor differences then this is the perfect affordable ballet flat for you!

Want to know the best part though? The Elsa Ballet Flats are only $30 — that’s a $90 difference from the $120 Dolce Vita Reyes Ballet Flats! Talk about a perfect budget-friendly ballet shoe for spring right?!

How I styled these Dolce Vita Reyes Ballet Flats dupes for spring

Like I mentioned before, this Dolce Vita Reyes Ballet Flats inspired shoes are the perfect affordable dupe and personally, I find them more comfortable. Here’s how I styled the Women's Elsa Ballet Flats above for a chic casual spring outfit:

Trench coats are always on trend for spring, and this year is no different! Personally I was never a huge fan of trench coats, I don’t like the cape-like style most of them have, plus it was always incredibly hard for me to find one that wasn’t too long on my 5 foot frame. Well, after much searching I found the perfect trend coat from Amazon that has a detachable hood, and it’s petite friendly too (comes in XS)! I paired it with a casual t-shirt, tucked into my favorite Abercrombie ankle straight denim jeans, and completed my spring look with a gold o-ring buckle belt, chic black tote bag, and of course, the Elsa Ballet Flats from Target (aka the Dolce Vita Reyes Ballet Flats dupe).
