Date Night / Wedding Guest Outfits

I love it when I find a dressy outfit that I can wear for multiple occasions, especially for a wedding! I haven’t been to many weddings and back when we lived in NJ, Dan and I didn’t do many “dressed up” date nights. Sadly there just weren’t many places near us where we could go out in dressy attire (unless we drove an hour to NYC — definitely not a trip we would take too often). But thankfully living in Las Vegas has provided us with so many options (I’ll be honest it’s quite overwhelming at times with how many restaurants we have haha). Being that I also haven’t been to too many weddings means that I would have to buy a new outfit every single time. Luckily, I created 3 date night outfits that are perfect to wear as a wedding guest, or even for a dressed-up night out!

The long sleeves, cut-outs, and o-ring detail on this dress are just so gorgeous! I fell in love with this style of dresses recently, and sadly most of them have been too long for me (I’m 5ft), but this one is a fun high-low midi style so the length is just perfect with a small heel! I styled it with my favorite Dolce Vita heeled sandals and accessorized with my favorite gold coin necklace and this gorgeous affordable square quilted chain handbag. This look is perfect as a dressed-up date night / night out outfit or even as a wedding guest outfit! The fabric is loose and flowy so you can wear it year-round (yes, even in the summer!).

Another great dress that I adore is this high-low bodycon midi dress. Yet another gem for us petite gals! I just love the cut-outs and ruffled sleeves, plus the fabric is stretchy so it has a comfortable amount of give when you walk around (or eat too much for dinner like me lol). I styled it with my favorite Dolce Vita heeled sandals, accessorized with some gold stacked bracelets, my favorite gold coin necklace, and this square quilted chain handbag. This is such a great date night dress and a wedding guest dress!

This is actually a jumpsuit version of the dress I shared above with a slight difference: instead of a zippered back, it has a tie-back closure. I loved the look so much that when I saw the jumpsuit style I knew I needed it. It’s so comfortable and easy to wear, yet flattering and chic enough so all types of dressed-up events — night out, work, weddings, and date night! But what I love the most is that I didn’t even have to hem it — the length is perfect for petites! I styled it with my favorite Dolce Vita heeled sandals, accessorized with some gold stacked bracelets, my favorite gold coin necklace, and this affordable satchel bag.
